NTPS Aboriginal employee forum

The Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) Aboriginal Employee Forum (AEF) is a key initiative within the NTPS Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy.

The forum is open to all NTPS Aboriginal employees across the Territory.

The AEF focuses on exploring current issues and challenges affecting Aboriginal employees within the NTPS.

Participants have the opportunity to discuss and contribute ideas into:

  • future employment, and
  • career development initiatives.

Nominations open for Alice Springs

You can now nominate to attend the Alice Springs Aboriginal Employee Forum.

To be held on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 November. Read the Alice Springs AEF draft agenda PDF (461.1 KB).

The Darwin forum

The Darwin forum held in May was a success.

84 participants attended the two-day event. They were able to:

  • attend workshops
  • listen to guest speakers, and
  • network with Aboriginal employees from different agencies.
