Bulletin 25 - access period - issued 25 May 2022
The purpose of this bulletin is to distribute the proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement for your consideration prior to casting your vote. Read the proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement .
To assist you to understand the differences between your current agreement and the proposed new agreement, read the explanatory notes .
Printed copies of the proposed new agreement and explanatory notes will be available around workplaces.

- need assistance in reading or understanding the proposed agreement; or
- do not have access to these documents.
You should read these documents in order to understand the agreement you will be voting on when the ballot opens. You can also find other relevant documents referenced in the proposed agreement below:
- Fair Work Act, Public Sector Employment and Management Act and Regulations, By-laws, employment instructions and determinations
- Northern Territory Public Sector Enterprise Award 2016 [MA000151]
- Performance Development Plan (PDP) Framework.

Make your vote count
The ballot opens on Thursday 2 June 2022, and I encourage you to have your say by casting a vote.
Bulletin 24 contains information about the ballot process.
The electronic ballot will be emailed to you using the email account details contained in myHR.
If you won’t have access to your NT Government email during the ballot period or would prefer the electronic ballot to be sent to your private email account, please contact NTEC by email netvote.NTEC@nt.gov.au or phone 8999 7641, and provide your updated details as soon as possible. (Please note you will need to provide your AGS number for NTEC to identify you).
If the majority of employees who vote, vote YES and the Fair Work Commission approve the agreement, it will replace the current agreement.
Employees will be eligible to access the new conditions of employment from the date the Fair Work Commission approve the proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement.
However to ensure employees receive the first lump sum payment ($4,000) as soon as possible, I will issue a determination authorising this payment in June 2022.
