I wish to advise the proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement was approved by a majority of employees who voted in the ballot process.

The results of the ballot conducted by the NT Electoral Commission was as follows:

Next steps

Now that the Agreement has been approved by a majority of employed who voted, it is necessary to lodge the Agreement with the Fair Work Commission for approval.

This is a positive outcome as the Agreement provides significant improvements to terms and conditions of employment for employees.
