NTPS Aboriginal employee Stay Survey - your voice matters
OCPE is seeking feedback from Aboriginal Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) employees on their experiences working in the NTPS.
The NTPS Stay Survey is confidential and will collect information to help retain Aboriginal employees.
An initiative under the Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy 2021-2025 , the NTPS Stay Survey seeks to improve employee retention rates, address any issues of concern and look for opportunities to improve.
The NT has the highest proportion of First Nations residents in Australia and an estimated 2,500 NT Government employees are Aboriginal.
The survey is open until Friday 17 June 2022.
