Commissioner's guidelines

Guidelines may be issued by the Commissioner from time to time. They are designed to assist in the interpretation of Public Sector terms and conditions and to promote best practice in their application.

Guidelines do not form part of legislation.

Guidelines may relate to provisions under the Public Sector Employment and Management Act or those under enterprise agreements operating in the NTPS.
