Strengthening the leadership capability of the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS), will promote effective decision making as employees navigate their public sector careers through the inevitable complexities and challenges that will arise along the way.

OCPE provides a range of leadership and management programs that aim to build the leadership and managerial capability of the NTPS workforce.

All programs are informed by the Capability and Leadership Framework and are mapped to the NTPS Development and Learning Pathway. The Pathway outlines foundational, non-accredited and accredited training to Northern Territory Public Servants.
