A key element to attracting and retaining Aboriginal employees in the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) is to ensure work environments are:

  • culturally safe
  • welcoming
  • equitable
  • inclusive.

Calendars of events

A calendar of key national and regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander days of significance has been developed. It will ensure these days of significance are promoted, encouraged and celebrated.
