Current enterprise agreements
Enterprise agreements are written agreements made under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
They contain terms and conditions of employment negotiated through the enterprise bargaining process and apply to particular groups of employees.
Enterprise agreement negotiations in the Northern Territory public sector (NTPS) take place between the:
- Commissioner for Public Employment
- NTPS agencies and employees’ bargaining representatives, usually unions.
