Bulletin 6 - Ballot Open – Have your say - issued 4 February 2026
The ballot for the proposed Northern Territory Public Sector Aboriginal Health Practitioner 2025 – 2029 Enterprise Agreement has now opened.
It is important that you have your say by voting on the proposed agreement.
Your vote needs to be received prior to the ballot closing at 10.00am on Wednesday 11 February 2026.
All employees covered by the Northern Territory Public Sector Aboriginal Health Practitioner 2025 – 2029 Enterprise Agreement are eligible to vote. You do not need to be a union member to participate in the ballot.

Today, Wednesday, 4 February 2026, you will receive an email link from Vero Engagement and Voting Solutions Pty Ltd (Vero), providing you your unique login credentials and details about how to cast your confidential vote.

- 3% per annum salary increase, which is equivalent to 12.55% over 4 years and is the maximum allowed under the wages policy
- Removal of barriers to progress in the AHP Classification Structure
- Inclusion of AHP Trainees into the Classification Structure
- Introduction of an ambulance duty allowance
- Introduction of Exemplary Practice
- New leave entitlements - organ donor leave and plasma leave
- Inclusion of Determinations and By-laws - Community Language Allowance, retitled Community Language Allowance and Bilingual Recognition; Long Service Leave
