If you haven’t already voted, then I encourage you to take part in the ballot by casting your vote prior to the ballot closing.
All employees covered by the current agreement are entitled to vote. You do not have to be a union member to participate in the ballot.
You should have received an email link to cast your confidential vote. If you have not received this, please contact Vero Voting via support@verovoting.com.au or call 1300 702 898.
The Vero ballot process ensures all employee personal details remain confidential with end-to-end encryption and anonymity to ensure integrity of the ballot process.
Make your vote count
Every vote is important.
If the majority of employees who vote endorse this offer, and the agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission, the improvements to terms and conditions of employment for employees will be implemented.
If the vote isn’t supported the current agreement will continue to apply. This means that you will not have access to the proposed improved conditions, new salary rates or the back pay from 10 August 2025.
