Bulletin 5 - negotiations update - issued 3 February 2026

On 29 January 2025, an improved offer for a new Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement was made to the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) and the bargaining representative, with communications advising that the access period for the proposed 2025 – 2029 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement would begin on Monday 2 February 2026.

Since then, we have continued working closely with the CPSU and Jacana Energy Bargaining Representative to finalise the proposed Agreement. These discussions have been constructive and are important in ensuring the Agreement accurately reflects the agreed improvements.

As a result of this ongoing work, the commencement of the access period has been delayed to Thursday 5 February 2026.

Once the access period opens, you will have full visibility of the proposed Agreement before voting opens.
