Bulletin 1 - enterprise agreement negotiations to commence - issued 4 September 2025

The Medical Officers Northern Territory Public Sector 2022-2025 Enterprise Agreement is due to expire on 31 December 2025, and the Australian Salaried Medical Officers’ Federation Northern Territory and I have agreed to commence bargaining for a new agreement.

Initial bargaining meeting

The initial bargaining meeting has been rescheduled as follows:

Bargaining representatives

The Fair Work Act 2009 imposes rights and obligations on employers, unions and employees with respect to the bargaining process.  Attached for your information is the required statutory notice of employee representational rights, advising employees of the right to be represented in relation to the bargaining process.
