Bulletin 1 - Enterprise Agreement negotiations to commence
The Northern Territory Public Sector 2021 - 2025 Enterprise Agreement is due to expire on 10 August 2025, and I have agreed with the below unions to commence bargaining for a new agreement.
- Community and Public Sector Union
- Australian Manufacturing Workers Union
- Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (Professionals Australia)
- Electrical Trades Union
- Transport Workers’ Union
- Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation
- United Workers Union
- Australian Education Union
- Health Services Union
- Maritime Union of Australia
The initial bargaining meeting is scheduled as follows
Date: Wednesday 19 February 2025
Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm
Location: Gurrumbuy Room, level 6 NT House, 22 Mitchell Street, Darwin
Bargaining representatives
The Fair Work Act 2009 imposes rights and obligations on employers, unions and employees with respect to the bargaining process. Attached for your information is the required statutory Notice of Employee Representational Rights DOCX (32.5 KB), advising employees of the right to be represented in relation to the bargaining process.
