When will I benefit from the new conditions in the proposed Agreement?

If the ballot is successful you will benefit from the new conditions early in the New Year when the Fair Work Commission approve the Agreement.  These generous enhancements include but are not limited to:

Make your vote count

If you haven’t already voted, then I encourage you to take part in the ballot by casting your vote prior to 10am on Monday 15 December 2025.

The Vero ballot process ensures all employee personal details remain confidential with end-to-end encryption and anonymity to ensure integrity of the ballot process.

What happens if the ballot is not successful?

If the vote isn’t supported, the provisions within the current agreement will continue to apply. This means that you will not have access to the proposed improved conditions, new salary rates or the backpay from 17 November 2025.
