Why vote yes
I encourage you to give favourable consideration as this offer maintains your existing package of competitive leave and other entitlements, and a range of improvements such as:
- 3% per annum salary increase, which is equivalent to 12.55% over 4 years and is the maximum allowed under the wages policy.
- Generous uplift in allowances for professional and technical employees.
- Access to overtime for staff up to SAO2/SP2.
- New leave entitlements - organ donor leave, long service leave and plasma leave.
- New Katherine and Alice Springs retention allowance.
- Even better flexible work conditions.
We know employees will want to understand how the salary increases translate to their own pay. To see how your salary could grow over the next 4 years, view schedule 11 salaries and allowances PDF (2.4 MB) on page 247 of the Enterprise Agreement.
