Bulletin 8 - reminder to vote - issued 18 September 2025

The ballot for the proposed Northern Territory 2025-2029 Enterprise Agreement closes at 10 am on Wednesday 24 September 2025.

If you haven’t already, then I encourage you to take part in the ballot by casting your vote prior to the ballot closing date.

All employees covered by the current agreement are entitled to vote. You do not have to be a union member to participate in the ballot.

You should have received an email link to cast your confidential vote.  If you have not received this, please contact Vero Voting at support@verovoting.com.au or 1300 702 898.

The Vero ballot process ensures all employee personal details remain confidential with end-to-end encryption and anonymity to ensure integrity of the ballot process.

Make your vote count

Every vote is important.

If the majority of employees who vote, endorse this offer, and the agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission, this offer provides for pay rises to be backdated to 14 August 2025.

If the vote isn’t supported, the provisions within the current agreement will continue to apply. This means that you will not have access to the proposed improved conditions, including the 3% annual salary increase, and in line with the Wages Policy there will not be any back payments of salary increases.
