Bulletin 1 - negotiations for new enterprise agreement to commence - issued 13 February 2024

The Northern Territory Public Sector Non-Contract Principals, Teachers and Assistant Teachers’ 2021-2024 Enterprise Agreement is due to expire on 11 October 2024 and I have agreed with the Australian Education Union to commence bargaining for a new agreement.

Initial bargaining meeting

The initial bargaining meeting is scheduled as follows:

Bargaining representatives

The Fair Work Act 2009 imposes rights and obligations on employers, unions and employees with respect to the bargaining process. Read the required statutory Notice of Employee Representational Rights DOCX (32.7 KB), advising employees of the right to be represented in relation to the bargaining process.
