How to provide feedback

The Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment (OCPE) welcomes all feedback.

We aim to inform, serve well in the Northern Territory Public Sector.

You can choose to provide any of the following types of feedback:

  • complaint
  • compliment
  • suggestion.

Our process

If you provide your contact details and depending on the nature of your feedback, an OCPE officer will do one of the following:

  • respond to you within 2 working days
  • forward your feedback to an action officer in the relevant area.

If your request is forwarded, you will be contacted within 7 working days of the agency receiving it.

Your rights

We will:

  • listen to you
  • treat you with respect
  • actively involve you in the process where possible and appropriate
  • provide you with reasons for our decision/s and any options for redress or review.
