The Northern Territory Government publishes information on the number of staff employed by the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) each quarter going back as far as 2013.

Machinery of government

The Average September 2024 quarterly figures will not be published due to the creation of new agencies and transfer of some agency functions occurring as a result of machinery of government changes, which are currently being implemented in the NTPS.
