I commenced working for NT Health in February 1984 as a student nurse at Royal Darwin Hospital and have worked in NT Health since then. I have been fortunate to be able to work in various areas of health in the NT, including Tennant Creek and Katherine. I have been a Health executive leader since 2009.

In 2013, I was honoured to be awarded the NT Professional Public Manager of the Year. I was supported by NT Health to be involved in nursing and midwifery regulation for 14 years and was the NT Practitioner member of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) for 9 years.

I am the Regional Executive Director Big Rivers Region for NT Health, which I really enjoy as I am proud of the work we do in Big Rivers Region and I work with an amazing team.
