I commenced in the NT Government in 1994 as a town planner in Darwin. I spent three years in Alice Springs as a town planner with the Department of Lands, Housing and Local Government before moving back to Darwin.

I spent over ten years in executive roles in development assessment and land use planning before becoming Director of the Crown Land Estate.

For the past seven years I have been the regulatory for the building industry and the authority for swimming pool safety.
