Aboriginal Employee Mentor Program

It is a 12-month program designed to:

support a mentee’s personal and professional goals by matching them with a suitable mentor
be led by a mentor and mentee so they can form a mentoring agreement that best suits them.

Who can get involved

To be a mentor, you must be a Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) employee from middle management (AO5 and above).

If you would like to be a mentee, you must identify as Aboriginal and be an NTPS employee of any level.
