Reminder to have your say
The ballot for the proposed Correctional Officer (NTPS) 2025-2029 Enterprise Agreement closes at 10am on Monday 29 June 2026.
If you haven’t already voted, then I encourage you to take part in the ballot by casting your vote prior to the ballot closing date.
All employees covered by the current Agreement are entitled to vote.
You should have received an email link to cast your confidential vote. If you have not received this, please contact Vero Voting at support@verovoting.com.au or call 1300 702 898.
Make your vote count
If the majority of employees who vote, vote yes and the agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission, the significant improvements to terms and conditions of employment for employees will be implemented.

Key improvements include:
- guaranteed pay and conditions, including a compounding salary increase of 13.65% over the life of the Agreement
- a new wellness and fitness capability allowance providing up to $1000 reimbursement to all employees (and a further $1000 for Dog Squad and IAT)
- a series of new leave entitlements including, but not limited to, organ donor leave and improved time off in lieu provisions
- the employer commits to the assessment of work camp facilities, workplace reviews to enhance employee wellbeing and including the core training requirements into the Agreement.
