Bulletin 13 - reminder to vote - issued 21 July 2026

The ballot for the proposed 2025-2029 Jacana Energy Enterprise Agreement closes at 10am on Thursday 23 July 2026.

If you haven’t already voted, then I encourage you to take part in the ballot by casting your vote prior to the ballot closing date.

The revised offer reflects an agreed position between the bargaining representative, Mr Bret Hood, the Community Public Sector Union and my Office.

Key improvements include:

  • backpay of salaries to 15 March 2026, with a compounding salary increase of 13.65% over 4 years
  • a new salary point for each level
  • a new service excellence allowance comprising 5% of salary for employees who reach 4.5 or above overall score rating in their Performance Development Plan.
