Bulletin 17 - Approval process for the NTPS 2025 – 2029 Enterprise Agreement - 18 December 2025

As advised in Bulletin 16 (issued 15 December 2025) the Northern Territory Public Sector 2025 – 2029 Enterprise Agreement (the Agreement) was endorsed by a majority of employees who voted in the ballot which concluded on 15 December 2025.

An application for formal approval of the Agreement from the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has now been lodged (18 December 2025).

The Northern Territory Public Sector 2025 - 2029 Enterprise Agreement will not come into effect until 7 days after the Fair Work Commission approve the Agreement, noting the Agreement provides pay increases to commence from 17 November 2025.
