Results from the 2025 People Matter Survey show pleasing improvements in overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

To make sure we continue to make the NTPS a really great place to work, we are focusing our sector wide response activities on: leadership, wellbeing and workplace culture.

Immediate actions include:

  • A new Creating Respectful Workplaces eLearning module to build a stronger understanding of expectations around conduct, and creating inclusive, safe and supportive workplaces.
  • Strengthened leadership development initiatives – to continue to grow a capable leadership workforce that mentors and supports employees to deliver on strategic priorities.

More sector‑wide actions to build an even better workforce are in development and will be shared as they go live.
