Aims of the policy
Through the positive duty reform, agencies must meet certain obligations to prevent and eliminate:
- discrimination
- sexual harassment
- victimisation.
This policy aims to proactively uphold the Positive Duty to eliminate discrimination, sexual harassment, and victimisation across the NTPS.
Who it applies to
The policy is a sector-wide policy that sets out the obligations for the NTPS and its employees.
It applies to all employees of the NTPS.
