Aboriginal Employee Forum

The Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) Aboriginal Employee Forum (AEF) is a key initiative within the NTPS Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy.

The forum is delivered annually in Darwin and Alice Springs with a regional forum held in Tennant Creek.

The forum is open to all NTPS Aboriginal employees across the Territory.

What attendees get

Attending the forums allows participants to have the opportunity to:

  • be informed of the Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy 2021-2025 progress
  • gain knowledge of Aboriginal employee programs and initiatives available
  • learn about employment conditions and career development options
  • contribute to future Aboriginal workforce initiatives
  • network and celebrate the success of colleagues.
