Commissioner's guidelines

Guidelines may be issued by the Commissioner for Public Employment.

How they apply

They are designed to:

  • assist in the interpretation of public sector terms and conditions
  • to promote best practice in their application.

Guidelines don’t form part of legislation.

They may relate to:
