Bulletin 26 - access period - issued 27 May 2022

On Wednesday 25 May 2022, you received Bulletin 25, distributing the proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy enterprise agreement for your consideration.

It has come to light that a minor amendment was required to one of the clauses in that document.

The following changes have now been made to clause 35 – performance development:

  • as the nominal date of expiry of the agreement has been changed, the words (date of nominal expiry of this agreement) have been removed from clause 35.3(d)(ii)
  • clause 35.4 (c)(i) now reads: 'an employee who has not reached an overall score rating of 2.5 or above as a result of the assessment in clause 35.4(a) will not be eligible for a bonus payment or pay progression as per clause 35.5 (table 1)'.

Read the amended proposed 2021-2025 Jacana Energy enterprise agreement PDF (1.9 MB).

To assist you to understand the differences between your current agreement and the proposed new agreement, read the explanatory notes PDF (801.4 KB).

Printed copies of the proposed new agreement and explanatory notes will be available around workplaces.
