Disciplinary framework

Discipline in the Northern Territory Public Sector is a formal process that is conducted in accordance with the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993. The principles of natural justice apply to disciplinary processes.

The NTPS Discipline Handbook provides general guidance on the disciplinary framework processes for employees and managers.
