  • Development of a mental health action plan.
  • Promoted International Day of People with Disability.
  • Promoted and participated in flexible work practices.
  • Participation in the Hands up for Inclusion week, R U OK Day, Harmony Day.
  • Organise mental health in the workplace training to managers.
  • Developed additional resources on the AGD intranet relating to mental health.
  • Regular reporting through Executive Leadership Group on equal employment opportunity details.
  • Workplace needs were assessed and adjustments were made for employees with disabilities.
