Northern Territory Auditor-General’s Office (NTAGO)

What we will do What success will look likeTimeline
Engage with employees to actively promote and support the promotion of job sharing across all levels.

The nature of a small office such as the AGO’s imposes a high risk in this area.

Job sharing and succession plans are to be clearly documented.

Ongoing
Ensure all fire wardens and first aid officers are provided with awareness training and support to ensure they can meet the needs of any employee with a disability who may require assistance.

The fire warden and first aid officer are to ensure training in their respective areas are kept up-to-date.

This will be included in relevant employee review plans.
