Disability action plans
The Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) is committed to supporting a diverse workforce that promotes the inclusion of all people to reflect the community it serves.

NTPS aims
The NTPS aims to:
- deliver whole of sector diversity strategies
- actively promote workplace inclusion practices.
Each agency has developed a disability action plan (DAP).
The Commissioner for Public Employment, as a champion for disability employment in the public sector, oversees the action plans, and reports on the progress and achievements made by all NTPS agencies.
Agency DAPs and progress reports
These reports will:
- offer significant insight into disability employment initiatives across the NTPS
- assist in the development of the new NTPS EmployAbility Strategy, which is being developed in 2023.
