  • Actively promotes Disability Confidence training, with 42 employees completing the Disability Confident Managers and 37 completing the Disability Confident Workforces.
  • Participated in the Disability Employment Program.
  • Promoted the Inclusion and Diversity eNewsletter and included information on the staff site toolkit.
  • Promoted inclusion and diversity training for managers and staff e.g. unconscious bias.
  • Engaged Disability Employment Services to support and develop individual disability plans for staff.
  • Undertook workplace ergonomic assessments, made adjustments to work desks, and provided equipment to assist e.g. special phone for hearing disability.
  • Provided training to supervisors managing employees with a disability and raised awareness across the broader teams.
  • Held a census day for all staff to review and report their EEO details.
  • Promoted and participated in flexible work practices and made adjustments to work tasks.
  • Regular reporting through Board of Management and WHS Committee on agency EEO details and actions.
